Introduction A. Attention Getter: How many of you love wine? B. Preview statement: Well, so today I will be demonstrating how to make your own homemade wine and what do you need to make it. C. Credibility: I learnt how to make wine since I was 2 or 3 years old, every single weekend I used to make some wine with my grandma, our favorite hobby. D. Relevance: Did you know that all the basic minerals for human life are in a bottle of wine?

Body A. What do you need for making a homemade wine? 1. Sub-point 1: Raw Materials  16 cups of Grapes (or other fruit you want to use except for critics)  Water  5 tablespoons Sugar or 3 tablespoons of honey (if you prefer a sweeter wine, add more sugar)  1 packet of Yeast 2. Gather Supplies  Clean wine bottles with corks or screw caps  Airlock  Big bowl  Potato masher

B. How to make a homemade wine? 1. Wash the Fruit and crash it a. Wine can be made with any type of fruit, but grapes and berries are the most popular choices. Take out all the stems and leaves and rinse the fruit with water and place it in the bowl. b. Using a clean potato masher or your hands, crush and squeeze the fruit to release its juices. 2. Add sugar and yeast. a. The amount of sugar or honey you use will affect the sweetness of your wine. Add 5 tablespoons of sugar or 5 tablespoons of honey. b. Pour and stir the package of yeast it into the mixture . 3. Wash the bottle and put the juice on it. a. For sterilizing the glass bottle, place the empty bottle right-sideup in boiling water. b. Fill ¾ of the wine bottle. If you don’t have enough juice you can add some water. 4. Let it ferment. a. Let the wine age for at least one month. If you added more sugar, you have to let it ferment a couple weeks more, otherwise your wine will taste too sweet when you drink it.
