Work- Breakdown structure Narrative

The above is the work breakdown structure of Avignon Baseball stadium. It is assumed that the requirements and the design and structure of the stadium are finalized and the construction is about to start. The construction of the stadium is classified into 5 parts. Since this is a renewed version of the stadium, the first step would be to remove the existing structure and clear the site. This phase will include the project manager visiting the site and evaluating the conditions of the site and obtaining necessary permits for demolishing the old structure. Old fittings and fixtures would be removed, and the ground would be leveled out. A new site for construction base and storing equipment would be identified. The next step would be to prepare the site for developing the ground, for which an underground utility map would be prepared so that underground water supply, cables, or pipes are not disturbed. Temporary toilets for workers and a pond for water requirements would be developed. The third group would be to work on the fittings, furniture, and stadium infrastructure. The roof Installation phase would include taking the dimensions and preparing the roof part in an alternative site. Developing wireless software to operate the roof will also be developed. After the final preparation of the roof, the roof will be installed. The fifth work breakdown would be the Inspection process, in which the PM will inspect the infrastructure, the fittings, electric systems, drainage systems. Any errors found during this will be documented and the deadline would be fixed.
