DAY 1 I arrived in school at 8:00 am, I go first to Principal Helen Magno's Office. And there I saw all the Grade 12 students from different strand who will also have work immersion. I'm so excited because this is my first day in work immersion and at the same time nervous because I'm thinking what if I cannot do the job well. By the way I have a companion there, it is my classmate. Well, thanks God because I'm with someone that I know for a long time then there is nothing to worry about. Before we go to our workplace we wait until 9:00 am because some of the students were late. Sir Vincent Pobre was the one who deployed us in our own work place. At 9:10 am we're here in our workplace which is the Head Budget. Sir Vincent Pobre introduced us to Mam Rachel. Next, Sir Vincent leaved us then Mam Rachel assist us, first she gave us the attendance. So me and Princess write the time in and our signature. After that she gave us some thing to do. Me & Princess have each other a book, then we count all the row that has written in a record book by page, in the cover of the book there is a written OBR/BUR VPAF. I don't know what it is but I think I will find it out someday. After 1 hour, Mam commanded us to clean the table, so we clean it. At 11 am she gave us a snack. I'm glad that I had a Mam like her, so much kind and pretty. And by afternoon, we do nothing till 5:00 pm we're just on our designated place, sitting. Btw, I remembered Mam Rachel said to us that when Mam Shirlyn is here, there is a work that we can do.

DAY 2 I wake up 6 am. While travelling on the way to school, I am panicking because I am late. My thoughts saying that I don't have to be late because this is not the etiquette of a worker. If there is a one thing that I want to change when it comes to work, it is being late. I arrived in my workplace at 8:40 am. When I entered the room, I'm nervous. I thought Mam Rachel will sitahin me, but instead of sitahin she smiled at me. Well, of course I greet her & said to her "Good Morning Mam, Sorry I'm late." By the way, I have a co-trainee here not just Princess but there are two of them. They were batch 1, also my classmates. They are Angelica & Grace. They didn't complete their 80 hrs. that's why they're still here. In morning, Mam Rachel told us to clean the files/folders in the book shelves, but we can do it in afternoon. We did nothing this day, because Mam Shirlyn wasn't here. But when the time reached 3 pm the four of us cleaned the folders/files. And we swept the floor in the office.

DAY 3 Exactly 8:00 am I arrived at school. I unexpectedly saw Princess and then we go together in our workplace. when we entered the room, we saw Mam Rachel mopping the floor. So I suggest to her that me and Princess will mop the room but she denied and said that we sweep the floor after she mop.

By the way Mam Shirlyn is here. I saw her finally, because last week she's absent. I think it is 9:00 am when Mam Rachel asked us to deliver the paper. Angelica, was the one who helped and teached us on what to write in the log book & where place is the papers should be delivered. After she teached us, we go to the Accounting Office to give the papers. After that, Angie guide us and point where is the department usually or always we go, she also said us all the Sir and Mam who was inside of that room.

Finally we have a job to do. We did it individually. I go to Sir Roy Villaloboz and Princess go to Sir Jessie Echaure. And another papers to deliver again. We go to Sir Jessie Echaure and in Accounting Department together.

Before 12:00 pm we clean the drawer, and replaced all the things of eco bag & other supplies

At afternoon, we continue to arranged & cleaned the drawer. Mam Rachel prints a eco bag, and we paste it on the drawer to indicate what thing is inside of the drawer. So this was the last day of my co-trainee Angelica.

DAY 4 I arrived at my workplace at 8:03 am. At 8:15 Mam Rachel command us to put a X mark in the scratch paper. Actually, there were many papers to be filled by X mark. That was the first time that she gave us a work so early. While doing that, Mam Rachel gave us a papers to deliver. I go at the 2nd floor 2 times this morning to deliver papers. I think it was 10:30 am when Mam Rachel asked to erased numbers or what we called entry in financial statements, in the Excel Microsoft. It is good that there was an extra computer to use. I helped Grace to erase entry in excel microsoft.

In afternoon, while Grace continued editing the excel, Mam Rachel ordered me and Princess to deliver papers. Mine is to signed by 2 Sirs from different department. Both of us go to the 2nd Floor. Hours past, Mam reached us again a paper to delivers, my co-trainee Princess was the one who wrote important details in the log book while I'm the one insists to deliver the papers to the Accounting Departmenr.

DAY 5 Last Day of Grace. I arrived at 9:15 in my workplace. This is my 2nd time to be late. The reason why I'm late is because there is a exam in Tuesday that's why Sunday night I slept late to review. I know that I can't review properly in my workplace because there's a work.

As usual, the things we did today is to deliver papers.

I delivered the papers late, because it is already lunch time. , luckily there is still a workers inside the Accounting Department to received the papers. They're on the way to eat lunch. I felt shame that time, because I interrupted them.

So this was the last day of my co-trainee Grace.

DAY 6 It's our sixth day in work immersion, but I felt that this is our First day because me, my co-trainee & just Mam Rachel are here. I arrived in my workplace at 8:15 am. When I entered the room I saw Mam Rachel sweeping the floor so I suggested to her that I'll be the one to clean. Then she handed me the broom & dustpan. While sweeping the floor, Mam Rachel cleaned the basin. Also, I reached my co-trainee writing in the logbook to delivered the papers. Mam Rachel told us that Mam Shirlyn is absent today and will be absent this Wednesday. 12:45 pm I came early in my workplace, because I want to fill the time of my late. I think it was 2:00 pm, when Sir Eugene said to us that me & my co-trainee will go to their department. He said that we will carry heavy cabinets in their department, but I know he's kidding. When me & my co-trainee reached to their department which is the Collecting Office, Mam Ruth was the one who gave us the work. She gave me the unfinished payroll & finished payroll was given to my cotrainee. It was so lot of papers that needs to be arranged. The papers should be arranged to it's payroll no. & when it is done it will arranged again according to the no. of students in the list of payroll. The payroll consist of many list of students, it can have a 200+ list of students in a payroll. The harder part of the job that I did was to look for the payroll no. & list of no. of that students paper, because there are so many students list. Btw, we have a snacks here, we eat fita crackers & drink milo. After that there was also a palabok. Hahaha I’m always full when I’m in this department. Also why working here in department, Mam Rachel gave me the key of the office because she said that she will go somewhere, so in short there is no persons inside that office, that’s why it needs to be locked. Larry,Ruth,Greta,Grace are our Superior in that room. DAY 7 Morning: 9:00 am Sir Eugene came to our workplace & called us to work again in collecting office. Me & my co-trainee go there, now we do again what we do yesterday. It is arranging again according to its payroll number. & list no.

Afternoon:

In afternoon we arrange the list of athletes, not by their last name but we arranged them according to their sports they played. Allowance for atheletes for scuaa lll (inhouse). They gave us a snacks Samplalok & Pandesal.
