The growth of the country's economic potential and the improvement of the material well-being and cultural level of the people will lead to an improvement in the health of the population, a decrease in morbidity and mortality, and an increase in the longevity of the people.(Admin, 2017) National income (people's income) is the part of the total annual gross social product remaining minus consumer means of production, or by value - the newly created value. It embodies the newly spent labor and represents a source of income for the entire population and is used for consumption and accumulation. (Admin, 2017)The Consumption Fund is a part of the national income used to meet the material and spiritual needs of society.(Feudal Society) The main part of it is the wage fund, the other part is the public consumption fund, which is spent on socio-cultural purposes, social security, healthcare and to cover management costs. Healthcare is a system of state and public, socio-economic and medical measures aimed at preventing and treating diseases, improving the external environment, improving the living and working conditions of the people, preserving and strengthening the health of society and each of its members in order to further reduce morbidity, reduce disability and reduce mortality.(Admin, 2017) It promotes the growth of quantitative reproduction of the labor force; strengthening their health - increasing their labor productivity and increasing production efficiency.(Admin, 2017) I believe that the task of the healthcare economy is precisely to form such a system of knowledge that would be focused on the fullest satisfaction of this need with an acceptable level of funds allocated by society for the development of health protection and the medical care system.(Admin, 2017) Econometrics is a branch of economic science engaged in the development and application of economic-statistical and mathematical methods of analyzing economic processes, processing statistical economic information. The goal of health economics, as a scientific discipline, is to achieve maximum satisfaction of the population's need for medical care at economically justified material and financial costs.(Admin, 2017) Economic efficiency in the broad sense of this concept means the best use of material, labor and financial resources of society to accelerate the achievement of its goals. Increasing it provides for achieving the best results at the lowest cost.
