1) Apple Inc. , Tesla Inc. , AT&T Inc. , Wells Fargo & Company

b) I chose these four stocks mainly because of their long term potential, especially Tesla Inc and Apple Inc. These two stock I would definitely hold on forever as it is obvious that they will continue to produce a positive return over long period of time. At&t Inc is really interesting stock. It is a stock with high yield return as of it now 6.8% , it is really popular and very stable. The last one I mentioned is Wells Fargo & Company. I choose this one because of its stability a nice price per stock and I just think it is good because of some diversification in your portfolio overall.

2) All of these stocks where pretty much trendy. I think mainly because of their stability and longevity long term. Tesla Inc for example had a huge soar in last years and people started buying it even more. It became Car Production company with the highest market cap, and is continuing to rise. Apple Inc, is one of the most famous and best I can say electronic producers in the world, almost every one has one of their products so its no brainier why they are so good performing.

3) Rate of the return for AAPL in the last 10 years is 27.42% . For TSLA is 64.37% in the last 10 years. Now we have T which is 6.1% and last but not least WFC is 4.35%

4) There are always the risks involved in the investing world. I always choose the stocks with minimal risk possible, I prefer buying and holding for longer periods of time than just buying and selling and obviously risking to lose my money. All of these stocks are made exactly for that purpose to buy and hold for long periods of time, they are all low risk investments that perform good if given long periods of time (20+ years).

5) My personal favorite type of investments stocks of course but other than that mutual founds ( my favorite S&P 500 which I dearly buy and hold) and lastly assets for example real estates that can generate some nice passive income.
