What did you do for your service action?

Since there aren’t any events currently happening at the moment because of the pandemic, One of the things I started doing is whenever I saw a piece of trash in public I would pick it up properly throw it away.

Did the actual service turn out as you expected? Explain.

No not really because I expected to be apart of an actual event but since there isn’t I just started becoming more aware of not littering myself and picking up any trash I see.

What could you do differently in the future to make the service better?

In the future, I would like to get together and gather people when it’s safe to do so again and have an event where we go around and pick up any litter we see.

In what ways has this service project affected you? Explain your responses.

Yes because it has made me more aware of littering and the issues that come along with it.

Will you continue with this service experience? Explain why or why not.

Yes, I would continue with the service because it isn’t that much of a hard thing to add to daily life.

What tips would you give to your peers just starting their service projects?

I would say to start off small at first if you haven’t done anything like it before and ask for help if needed and it’s helpful to use your resources....
