Efficiency can be described as the ability to attain desired result within put of least amount of resources i.e. finances, time and human resources. Effectiveness on the other hand is the process of aligning methods to ensure that there is success every time. For instance, in marketing an effective means will entail use of questionnaire but in an efficient means will encompass training the workforce in the department to carry out the surveys Xcite Alghanim is an institution that has demonstrated in different capacities to create and maintain a customer-responsive environment. This organization has been shown the above in the following capacities, i.e., the employees they have hired, the job environment they have created, available empowerment tools, clarity on the roles of the employees, and finally, their consistent desire to satisfy the customer needs. By adhering to the above capacities, they created a customer-responsive culture. An essential key to winning in the market is to win in the workplace. In a bid to win in the workplace Xcite Alghanim has hired very accommodating employees. These employees are very friendly, always listen to every consumer's needs, and most importantly, they demonstrate excellent customer care qualities. Apart from the character and personality of the employees, Xcite Alghanim has ensured that the environment in which the employees are operating allows them to have control in the best way in which they can satisfy the consumers. Like every other organization, they have rules and regulations; however, their rules are not rigid and give the employee room to work around the set-out rules. The empowerment of employees is a very crucial asset for an organization to have when they are set out to garner a customer-responsive culture. Xcite Alghanim has demonstrated that it

the required empowerment tools. The organization puts a primary focus on the end result and little focus is placed on the process. Putting little focus on the process in which the results are achieved ensures that the employees have full control of the day-to-day decisions about jobrelated activities. Organizational cultures are instrumental in informing the performance and direction of managers. Therefore, as part of the task force managers should also adopt the culture of the organization in how they relate with other employees and the policies they implement. Regarding role clarity, the organization has an attempt as mentioned earlier to ensure that the objective is reached. Xcite Alghanim carries out regular training programs in the form of workshops and retreats. In these sessions, the employees are reminded of the roles that each of them in their respective department is supposed to fulfill. Xcite Alghanim has shown that it is an organization with a keen desire to consistently satisfy consumer needs by having their employees go out of their way to ensure that every consumer's need is met by offering after-sale services ....
