You should come to the session with a clear idea of what you want to discuss

Preparation for Session:  Reflect upon your own performance during the litigation CPA generally and in particular in the formative assessments  If you feel you are having difficulty with any particular topic within the civil litigation or the criminal litigation course, re-read your notes and redo any relevant session tasks  Make a note of any questions you have and raise them in-session Post-Session:  Consider the points discussed in-session and make notes/review reading and/or session tasks as appropriate
