Commercial Law Introduction to the Court System Our next area of study requires more research. This is a wonderful opportunity to not only study the legal system in more detail but also get to know the Australian culture and values better. By looking at our court system closely you will learn about standards of acceptable behaviour in Australia. Where to start. 

Use the websites of the courts (and VCAT) listed below to complete the table. The first task has been completed as an example. Use dot points to summarise what you believe are significant aspects of the court’s jurisdiction
