The stadium is able to an enjoyable and unforgettable experience and could therefore recommend an idea to expand even more in a few years as they have extra renovation space. Although a renovation isn’t required immediately, it is something AAMI Park have and will continue to plan for in the future. Using a SWOT analysis, it was found that there were plenty of strengths that the stadium has and provides, are also many opportunities with minimal threats. Taking all aspects into account, it has been recommended that AAMI Park continues their same practices until a change needs to be made. Although it won’t have a high risk with any main issues, a redevelopment could occur, and funding will be provided by the Victorian Government.

Other recommendations have been made directed at Human resource, the planning of the stadium, systems, and operations of the stadium. Mainly regarding the stadiums recruitment process, policies and procedures and providing a safe and eco-friendly environment. AAMI Park stadium have asl implemented their goals to ensure that it continues to thrive to something greater and becomes the leading stadium in the near future.
