How men and women think during different situations, problems etc. The benefits of diversity. Impacts of both men and women on an organization. How to we can manage data in an appropriate way. How employees collect data now a days and how to make that data useable, comparable. How AI helps human now a day in businesses

These two events were relevant to my interest as well as to my future work. As an ICT professional the new thing I learnt about women is how they change their selfaccording to situations. This is really a great thing to learn from them, and women are coming in front in every sector and proving fresh idea to enhance the industries progress. It also decreases the discrimination on workplaces. Data Management is very important. What will be the benefits and drawbacks of it? I learn how the data is becoming more important in today’s competitive industry. It is very important for every organization the maintain their data and use accurately for their organization growth.

These events were helpful for me because when we meet new people we listen new things, ideas, problems. From other’s experience we learn things that we have not done before. From there events I improved my knowledge and got familiar with new things.
