II. Rationale 1. The continuing threat of COVID-19 in the country and the world brings out unprecedented challenges to basic education. As schools prepare for the incoming graduation and moving up ceremony of Kindergarten, Grade 10, and Grade 12, teachers and parents must adapt to alternative way of conducting the said ceremony. This will require precautions and adapt to protocols to ensure COVID free environment.
