Checklist: - Is the source a primary source? -Does this support my thesis? -Is there only one answer to this question? -Stay on topic I have identified any relevant sources for my topic South African Apartheid. The Apartheid was a huge part of history so there is a lot of information and point of views out there. The sources I found to help me with my research are based around Nelson Mandela's part during the Apartheid and how he was influenced by other big named activist. Another topic I will be researching is whether or not the economy was affected or remain the same before and after the apartheid. Again many sources will tell ones point of view, so finding sources to help answer my question was a bit difficult. The first source I am choosing to use is Honoring Nelson Mandela By Gay McDougall, I found this source on JSTOR. I find this source to be relevant to my research because it is a primary source. The author tell her side of knowing Mr. Mandela and how he emerged in the political world. https://www-jstor-org.ezproxy.snhu.edu/stable/24630080?
