This week I jogged for 5 days in the week. I started my workout with walking for 5-10 minutes and doing some stretches as a warm-up. Then I started my actual work out which is jogging. I jogged for an average of 15 minutes a day. This week I increased the duration of the workout a little bit than the previous weeks hence, I felt a bit tired. On few of the days, the muscles near my stomach pained for a while after I finished my workout due to the increase in the workout duration from the past weeks. I overall liked increasing the difficulty of the workout as I felt it more challenging than following a regular schedule. The average intensity I perceived for the workout during the week is 7.5....
