Assignment 1: Mini Portfolio I haven’t made a final decision about which program I want to study after graduation yet but Graphic Design is what I have in mind right now. The reason that Graphic Design is my first choice is because the course offers many interesting courses such as editorial design, web design, photography and imaging… Also, the technology is developing stronger, better and faster everyday so taking Graphic Design will help me to be able to learn about the technical skills and the soft skills that are needed to be successful in the industry. Currently, I’m more focused on drawing people and trying to make my art look more realistic. However, in order to get accepted to Graphic Design, I think I need to have a creative mind with interesting ideas. Although I have some drawing skills, but I’m lacking creative ideas which is the most important thing for a graphic designer.
