ASSIGNMENT PLAN - TIMETABLE. To begin with, I am going to list all the stages of what i am going to include in my assignment. 1- Read through the assignment brief for question 3 ONLY in the Unit 4 assignment and ensure i have considered the 1250 word count. 2- Complete my first draft of my assignment ensuring it is correctly titled - Unit 4 - Health and Wellbeing question three. 3 - Introduction (150 WORDS) - I will introduce what the question is focused on(Hubert case study) 4- Contents - Section One (316 words) Section Two - (316 words) Section Three - (316 words) Included in section one - An explanation of the difference between emotions and feelings using examples to highlight the difference. - A discussion about the positive and negative responses Hubert may have to this situation in relation to his feelings and emotions. - An explanation of two different strategies that Hubert could use to manage his emotions and feelings better. - An analysis of the psychological and physiological impact of stress on Huberts mental health and wellbeing.
