PATIENT-CENTERED CARE

Nursing Care -Monitor vitals -Administer oxygen -Obtain and maintain IV access -Promote rest -Administer meds as prescribed

Therapeutic Procedures -percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) -Bypass graft (CABG)

-keep nitroglycerin at all times. If have symptoms, sit down and rest, and take the first dose of nitroglycerin as directed. If your doctor advises it, take 1 low-dose aspirin a day to prevent heart attack. Be safe with medicines.
