I can understand that it is making you frustrated and tensed. According to your letter, you were gone for half-an-hour and after returning you didn’t find your reading glasses which you put up there on your seat. You tried hard to find your lost item but unable to find it. You are requesting us to reimburse your loss of $500 which is the cost of your prescription of glass. As you know, the flight attendants usually make announcements for the belongings of the passengers before continuing to another city. We will happily offer you a travel voucher which you can use in your next flight. However, the airlines have some policies and one of them is that it is not responsible for any of the items left on in the cabins by the customers.
