Dear Joey: This is Jiarui Wu. I am studying in Niagara College, Canada now. I really enjoyed work with you and the whole Breeze restaurant team in last summer, you and the team taught me a lot while we are working together. I am writing this letter because I am doing an assignment about the Cross-Culture Differences in Conflict Management between Chinese and American in my Adv Managerial Communications Class. I would like you invite you to join my interview about your opinion about the Cross-Culture Differences in business between Chinese and American. Your experience of working in both of China and America are helpful and ponderable for my assignment. The time of this interview will be taken in the end of March (30 th -31st March 2019), I hope we can have a chance to communicate through voice call or video call. What are the advantages or disadvantages between Chinese style and American style manager when they meet some trouble during the work and need them to fix. 3. Are there any differences between emotion and actions when there are conflicts? 4. When your subordinates have conflicts, what is the first thing you will do?
