Find a real volunteer position on KIVA (http://www.kiva.org/volunteer) or another opportunity in our community and identify the contact information for the person in charge of the selection process Write a formal business letter to introduce yourself to that person Highlight skills and experiences that are relevant to the position you are applying for.

Correct Formatting: o Complete addresses for both the sender and the reader of the letter o A polite opening and a complimentary closing o No spelling or grammatical errors (proof-read carefully!)
