Why there is a particular female group as they appear to be averse to male-dominated industries such as the auto repair shop. Knowing and being polite to them means you as an owner and your workers have completed a course on the best ways to discuss issues with your female clients about auto fixing. It shows you are diligent enough to understand what makes women uncomfortable in the process and it helps you to help ease those problems. So, I come up with a program named “Teach Me Tech Me”. It is a program where those business in lined with technologies or something that deal with car repair shops should be train by those people with broad knowledge about that. They will be guided and trained on how to improved their skills and be an effective on how to run their business.
