The changes made by Stitch Fix, since they developed a modern way of shopping, now give customers the ability to have their own personal stylist, where clients can go online and fill out a questionnaire, and Stitch Fix will send them clothes that match their style; by doing so, they save time and can easily find new clothes. These changes have result in a positive way, because they are differencing themselves from their competence and from the rest of the stores (online and physical), while still offering a great service to their customers.
