Most Influential Internal Factors with Rationale (Write a Minimum of Three): 1. My physical appearance is the first internal aspect to consider, since most people will underestimate my abilities and overlook my strengths based on my appearance. They would probably regard me as complacent and unmotivated, which is the polar opposite of the truth 2. Gender is my second internal factor; even in current times, females are not treated equally to men. Females, I believe, have a stronger sense of fairness, empathy, and intellect when it comes to relationships and how individuals interact. If we can sustain a family unit, establishing and maintaining other relationships should be relatively straightforward.

3. Race. While times have changed, being white has always bestowed more advantages on me than if I had been born black, Asian, or any other race. If I am in a crowd of people of different cultures and races in the United States, I will be treated differently.

Most Influential External Factors with Rationale (Write a Minimum of Three): 1. The most influential factor in my life has been my experiences. My military service honed my commitments, sense of duty, and sense of responsibility. It made me realize there was more to life and to myself, and it inspired me to spread my wings. 2. Family Status. It was simple to get married. Having children added a whole new dimension to my life. I served as their guardian, provider, coach, and confidante. They taught me the meaning of unconditional love. It helped me to mature as a person. 3. Interests. This enabled me to develop and demonstrate so much to my children. To reach out and experiment. Not to be concerned with failure, but to simply try and have fun. I wanted to demonstrate to them that life is a series of events in which they can choose which ones to engage in and succeed at.

Loden’s Wheel Factor Function

Most Influential Organizational Factors with Rationale (Write a Minimum of Three): 1. Work-Content/Field – As a non-medical case manager, I have ready access to those who need assistance navigating the military disability system. I see clients at their best and worst. I will assist in guiding the process to ensure that they are taken care of 2. Seniority/Tenure – My work experience has aided me in other respects. Definitely helped me enhance my empathy, patience, and interpersonal skills. 3. Work Location – My workplace is approximately 37 miles from our house. The drive can be inconvenient, particularly during rush hour, but the position enables me to assist a number of military members. From those just starting their careers to those nearing the end. As it is a training base, I can encounter a variety of people.

Most Influential Era Factors with Rationale (Write a Minimum of Three): 1. World Events - The COVID-19 Pandemic – Dramatically changed the world's political environment and medical community. It brought about both unity and division. 2. Political Events - Russia Interferes in the US Election – It demonstrated that, as a result of our poor cyber security, another nation could swing an election in any direction. 3. Historical Events – Holocaust – Our world recognized and responded too late. We stood by as the Germans committed genocide against six million Jews. It's both frightening and heartbreaking. As a society, we have not yet learned. More than 100,000 Yemenis have been murdered. The Soviet Union has targeted surrounding countries and murdered based on ethnicity....
