I keep track of their attendance throughout the name on a Face to Name sheet, keeping track of which children are in the room, marks the children at each transition, and shows which teachers are in the room at the time. I ensure that I have the proper training to be the most effective teacher I can be to assist the children in my class. In case of a medical emergency or incident, I have the emergency contact information for each child. If an injury or conflict occurs, it will be recorded on an accident report form, the parents or guardians will be informed, and the director will sign it as well. These forms help me reach my goals of managing an effective classroom for my children. CS V-a I used the observation tool to see where the child was successful in achieving these milestones. It is important to objectively observe all the children in my classroom on a daily basis so I can better plan for what they still need to learn. It is important to be objective in my recordings so my emotions and opinions don’t color my noting of what the child is achieving or
