Performance solution and or DEEMED –To – SATISFY SOLUTION A6.1 class 1buildings Is one or more buildings which together forma single dwelling including 1) A detected house 2) One of a group of two or more detached dwelling s each being a building, separated by a fire resisting wall including a row house, terrace house, town hose of villa unit • Deemed to satisfy • Alternative solution: “means a building solution which complies with the Performance Requirements other than by reason of complying with the Deemed-tosatisfy Provisions.” • The Certifying Authority assesses the compliance of a Building Solution however it is up to the applicant to demonstrate compliance
