Redae 2 Learning Profile Paper My educational experience in this class has been great, I have learned many skills and gained a higher level of knowledge. For example, I learned how to touch-type through the self-change project, I know what the SQ3R method is, and I know how to use it properly. I also got a taste of college life and how it differs from high school life. An instance from my experience is that my professor is more strict when it comes to assignments by taking away point(s) for even the smallest disobedience of instruction or instructions, while high school teachers will generally be more lenient. In one case, my algebra II teacher gave me a grade I was not happy with because I did not do part of the assignment; I thought our class didn’t have to do it, so he let me finish the work and proceeded to give me a 100. I love how my professor gives me not just assignments that give me a grade, but an assignment that helps with other aspects of my life. One of my favorite assignments is the time management project, not only did the project make me realize how much time I was putting into non-important things but it also motivated me to use the time for more self-improving tasks like exercising and studying. I do have some academic and professional goals. My main academic goal is to finish high school with my high school diploma and to get my associate’s degree at the age of 18! I know it will take hard work, dedication, and sacrifices but it’s totally worth it to save two years of college and two years of tuition. I have a main profession I want to be when I finish high school. I want to be a nutritionist. I would like to be a nutritionist because I love to see how certain foods affect people in different ways. Another reason why I would like to be a nutritionist is that I want to discover something that will change the world like a plant that helps prevent cancer or diabetes. I will enjoy this job very much, but the annual pay is relatively low at 63,090 being the median annual pay.

Redae 3 My favorite resource I have used and am still currently learning is Grammarly. This extension helps me spell correctly and use proper grammar, in fact, I’m using it while typing this essay! I also like to use thesaurus.com to search up synonyms for common words or words I have used already in my writing. There is also one more extension I use to help rewrite my sentences called Wordtune. I don’t use this extension often but when I do it to rewrite my sentences because I don’t like how it sounds. There are some resources I hope to use in the future like Grammarly premium. I would like to use Grammarly premium because it has more features to help with writing that I know will help me in college.
