Project Charter

A project charter is the declaration of purpose, objectives and people involved in a project. The process of defining the roles and responsibilities of the participants begins and describes the goal and objectives of the project. The charter also recognizes the main stakeholders and defines the project manager authority (Stephanie 2017).

Scope Overview In 2018, digital/social media platforms have become the vital part of social media marketing strategies. Social media offer noticeable results in sales, leads and brands. It also allows company to reach a big number of audience in very low cost. A social networking program usually involves the use of scalable, high-access publishing techniques across multiple online channels. 1. Market analysis : Industry trend, measure the competitors, consumer habits, most used social media. 2. Plan and schedule: plan the social media marketing program, select platforms, develop the schedule of the posting, time, date and topic.

The scope of the social media marketing project involves:  Developing the social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube etc. to provide the information about our services to increase brand awareness, consumer engagement and increase in sales.  Implementation of the social media marketing strategy  Combining the social media marketing with the traditional marketing  Analyze and Measure social media marketing strategies
