Critical Thinking From the case study, we can observe that Nasira’s workplace challenges and her critical thinking ability were examined by those challenges. Nasira is an employee working in an important position in the organization. But a new thing happened at the job that put her in a hard situation. She suffered to choose from her two options, She couldn’t get satisfied with both her options. Her failure to decide from the options or find additional options led her to be warned by her bosses. In this case study, we can observe how much we need critical thinking skills at any moment, job, or position to pass a better decision. Nasira could apply the strategies of critical thinking to analyses the evidences and pass her decision. There were two companies which has the ability to serve the companies need. But the background and products had flaws which didn’t satisfy Nasira’s need.

What was her options? Under this question she could ask, what is the worst thing might happen in each scenario? Her best options could be a combination of the options she identified initially. After analysing all her gathered facts about the two companies, she could tell her supervisors about the scenarios clearly and let the managers decide on it.

What do I know about each option? She could analyze her options by

asking what is still missing? Rather than avoiding her options due to their flaws. No one can be perfect and she should consider that to accept her options with their weaknesses and try to six them in the future. But making sure that you have enough information to do this is better cause it helps to deal with the option having low flaws.

How good is my information? In the case of Nasira, the information about the suppliers might be irrelevant to her decision or working deal with the company. She should have focused on their capacity towards their deal, otherwise the company’s other side shouldn’t be her consideration. The reason I choose the above tools or strategies was, they can express the condition of her desired critical thinking analysis.
