I have chosen "Safi Abaya" as a local brand that has successfully competed against bigger global brands in its product category in my country. This company manufactures locally Abaya started in 2014 and has achieved amazing success in the field of Abbies and Hijabs. The company began from zero, there was no capital. the most distinguish that the company has is characterized by its prices suitable for all the layers of society. Brand Strategy In the business sector, there are many number of firms, but what distinguishes one company from another is Strategy. The Strategies in any company is depends on: 

Target Customer

According to Entrepreneur.com, your target client is the person you've identified as the most likely to buy your items. Because you've identified key characteristics of this individual, this is a lot more segmented segment of your target market. These elements could include a specific age rather than a range, a specific income level rather than a broad range of income levels, and the reasons these customers are most likely to buy your items (Belcher, 2019). Safi Abaya is one of the companies that has targeted all ages of women in my country and try to satisfy all tastes with high quality and reasonable price I think the cause behind the successes of Safi Abaya is its strategy. We can also, notice that success by open four new branches in different provinces. success factors A brand is a collection of long-lasting expectations, memories, experiences, and relationships that account for a consumer's decision to choose your product over

another - Seth Godin (Richardson,2018). there are many collected key factors that big-level brands actively to seek through branding strategies some of them are; 1. Target audience knowledge Given that branding success is contingent on the presence of consumers and fans, one of a company's key goals should be to identify and comprehend its target demographic. To be more specific, excellent companies are aware of who their target audiences are, how they think, what they require, and, most importantly, where they spend their time (Richardson,2018). One of the reasons to success of Safi Abaya is that it focused on what the consumer lacks. 2. Strong unique value proposition Brands with strong value propositions are more likely to be successful. You're more likely to gain a customer's attention if you offer a clear statement that demonstrates the additional advantage of your products (Richardson,2018). The thing likely to gain a customer's attention in Safi Abaya that it has a fit price with good quality. 3. The brand always provides value This shouldn't even be addressed, because one of the rules of business is that value comes first, followed by money. Every successful and well-known brand continues to provide value to its customers. If the value drops or disappears, the business will fail miserably, regardless of its former or current popularity. The rival will attack from behind, taking advantage of your flaws and stealing your audience (Richardson,2018). As mentioned earlier, that Safi Abaya is distinguished by the quality of its products from their started.
