1.0 Executive Summary

In order to complete the task, I must locate a Malaysian entrepreneur. In the task that I learned, I'd like to inform everyone about a comedian, actress, host, and radio presenter named Shahmira Muhammad, best known as Shuib Sepahtu, who opened 33 Bubble Bee locations across Malaysia in February. Shuib Sepahtu has made history as the first entrepreneur to bring honey-based boba drinks to the world. Shuib did not hesitate to introduce Bubble Bee to the Taiwanese market after seeing its popularity. As we know, boba drinks are mainly made in Taiwan, so it's time for Shuib to introduce a honey-based boba drink there. But, according to Shuib, several more branches will be opened in various locations in order to meet his goal of opening 100 branches in Malaysia. It is hoped that the launch of a branch of boba drink goods focused on bee honey would help provide work options for those who have lost their jobs as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Shuib's and his party's desire to create the Bubble Bee Foundation will be enforced soon during the new registration process, according to another development. The foundation's goal will be to help those who make a living helping the needy. As a result, it's only here that I can summarize the case studies I've studied at.

2.0 ENTREPRENEUR PROFILE

Owner Shahmira Muhamad, better known by her stage name Shuib, is a Malaysian actress, singer, host, and radio host. He was a member of the Sepah group who won the Raja Lawak reality show season 3 in 2009 and was also appointed Maharaja Lawak in 2011. Shuib and Jep formed the Sepahtu group after Sepah broke up. Shuib was born in Johor Bahru, Johor, on February 12, 1984, and grew up in Parit Buntar, Perak. Muhamad Ayoh Abdul Karim and Salamiah Jalani are his parents. Shuib employed in a manufacturing firm that manufactures electrical devices, tissues, and wood and earned RM1,200 per month after completing Form 5 and receiving Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM). He married Siti Sarah Raisuddin, a singer, on February 26, 2011. Three children have been born to the couple. On the occasion of their 6th wedding anniversary, Shuib and Siti Sarah stood side by side on February 26, 2017.

Business Bubble Bee is a milk tea and foam tea chain headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is well-known for its honey-based tea beverages. Shuib Sepahtu and Siti Sarah Raisuddin, who also serve on the board of directors, formed Bubble Bee. Shuib resurrected his Factory Bee Company after being defrauded of millions of ringgit and founded Bubble Bee in the same year. Shuib and his wife, Sarah, formed Bubblebee in December 2019, with the first store opening in Menara U2, Shah Alam, Selangor. The key ingredient in the drink served at Bubble Bee is local honey, which is combined with ice cream to provide a delectable flavor. Honey is high in nutrients and has many health benefits. Bubblebee intends to open 100 new branches by July 2020.

3.0 ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCIES

Sees and acts on opportunities The argument is that an entrepreneur is constantly on the lookout for new prospects to pursue. Shuib, for example, who had failed and gone through trials in early 2019, turned out to have his own wisdom when he decided to start a honey-based beverage company, Bubble Tea, in December of the same year. For starters, Shuib opened its first branch in Menara U2, Shah Alam, with plans to turn it into a franchise and expand it internationally.

Concern for High Quality of Work An entrepreneur behaves in ways that satisfy him by meeting those expectations of quality. Shuib, for example, has proposed that the melaka sugar in every boba drinking water be replaced with honey, which is healthier. As a result, Malaysians will drink boba water without fear of being obese.

iii.

Commitment to Work Contract The completion of a task is the most important thing to an entrepreneur. Shuib, a radio host and comedian, has opted to leave the art world, including his association with the Sepahtu group. According to him, he made the decision to devote his full attention to his expanding firm. Shuib has also announced that he would quit as a Hot FM radio host in January of this year.

Systematic Planning To accomplish a goal, an entrepreneur creates and implements a rational step-by-step process. Following the positive feedback from consumers, Bubble Bee Sdn Bhd plans to open more than 100 branches throughout Malaysia. Bubble Bee now has 33 locations in Malaysia, according to him. Shuib also did not hesitate to introduce Bubble Bee to the Taiwanese market, as well as several neighboring countries such as Brunei, Indonesia, and Thailand, after seeing its promise.
