1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Mrs. Hajah Padzilah Enda Sulaiman, one of Malaysia's most successful entrepreneurs, is the subject of this case study. Mrs Padzilah is a homemaker with a strong sense of selfdetermination. She demonstrated that no matter what situation you are in, you can still transform your life by working hard, despite the fact that she faced numerous hurdles. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she was a housewife who relied on living with her husband, who was working as an engineer at the time.
