Teachers and Event Organizer.

The target participants are the students and teachers.  Target performers are the singers and some of the students  The sponsors are the students' parents and the school.

(Where) Criteria for Venue Selection Place/Venue Options  The criteria for the venue should have: a reasonable distance from most of the attendees’ homes, the capacity of the place would fit 200 person, offer amenities and services.  Venue options: Ballroom, Banquet Hall or Empty Large Hall

(How Much) Resources and Costs Sources of Funds Expenses

Proms Venue: 30% This is one of the main parts of the event: finding a perfect and as long as renting the place is within the allotted budget. Food & Drinks: 40% This is the important thing that you need to have. From appetizer to dessert, thus allot 40% of your budget. Decorations: 5% The decorations are selected according to the theme. The allocated budget may increase since this includes tables with toppers and chairs (if needed). Technical Equipment, Host and Performers: 20% This covers Lighting, Sound & Audio, etc. Hiring someone who will host the event and have some singers as a performer. Videographer: 5% The finished product is a valuable memory that you will cherish....
