Explain Federalist Paper number 10.

Federalist paper number 10 explores the majority rule V. minority rights. James Madison explores factions and how to protect against tyranny. He claimed that if you have a large republic it will be easy to avoid corruption and make leaders more responsible because it will be hard to unify all the people to agree with him which will create a balance and avoid the tyranny of the poor. Maison argues that a Republican form of government is better than a pure Democracy when it comes to leading the majority to avoid the majority ruling over the minority. Explain what qualifies a person to be a native-born U.S. citizen? Who are aliens? Qualities that qualify a person to be a native-born U.S. citizen are: they must be born in the United States. They must have parents that are U.S. citizens. They must be naturalized in the U.S. Aliens are people from foreign countries that are not U.S.citizens. What rights do aliens have? What can they not do? Aliens have the right to own businesses, go to public schools, own property, 1st amendment freedoms, and due process rights. Aliens cannot vote, run for public office....
