Some of the most important contributions were made in the political and legal field and there were many interesting creations to organized politically and legally speaking, the civilization and properly control all population activities avoiding or minimizing criminality and also punishing when needed. (History, 2020) Discussion For this week written assignment, we are called to prepare an analysis of some of these concepts and how they were used in Greece, by this analysis we should understand with more detail each one of them. This are the guiding rules for the paper: Compare and contrast monarchy, aristocracy, tyranny, oligarchy, and democracy as forms of government in Ancient Greek city-states. Monarchy: this term refers to the owner of the power, this was administered by just a person like the king and it was the figure that can take the decisions in most of the civilization aspects. Democracy: is the conformation of government by the entire population, there should be eligible candidates from the whole population that should be elected for a period of time. (Prospect_Ridge_Academy, n.d.) These were the most common forms of government in ancient Greece and according to their society there were many city-states which internal organization were made separate from one another and this help them or each one to maintain their internal conditions, who holds the power to take decisions or to administrate the public machinery or administration. (Prospect_Ridge_Academy, n.d.) One of the most important aspects to be considered when talking about Greek organization is that even though there were separate cities with a different or similar government and/or civil organizations, there were important differences that does not lead them to important difficulties among them to cause conflicts between them and this was the real contribution of these government conditions that allows each organization to advance in their own intentions and at the end they can live altogether. (Brand, n.d.) We also need to remind that the most influential city-states from the ancient Greece, Sparta and Athens, also had different government conditions and along the years they also implemented new alternatives to make more adequate governmental condition mostly considering the large amount of people, the classifications of men, women, poor people, aristocratic people, slaves an others in their society, at the end this resulted in an extraordinary implementation when they take in consideration not only a particular group of people whithin the society, but also incorporation those that has less opportunities and conditions to also take action in the decision making process. (Ancient_Athens, n.d.) Conclusion In conclusion, the analysis of each one of the form of government that the Greek developed to organized and direct their city-states, provided an important contribution for the rest of the history of the human over the earth, most of these forms have being used by many countries, in good or bad ways and affecting populations and citizens from the region or country, but at the end represent the power that humans will take to control people in their favor otherwise in favor of the people.
