1. Regarding your research from the previous task how do you see the corporation. What’s the business’s current situation?



The current situation of the company due to the pandemic led to decreasing sales but there are also opportunities made because of e-commerce where the company can sell the products online.

2. Who do you think will be their target market?



Teenagers- Anafara offers cosmetic products that suit the lifestyle of a teenager.



Young entrepreneurs- Anafara offers business packages, wholesale products, retail brands and development packages that can help the young entrepreneurs with their business.



Young adults and adults- because there are businesses under Anafara that offer travel and tours, construction services, telecommunications, logistics services, beauty and health supplies, and printing services which covers the young adults and adults as a market.

3. How can the firm deliver value to its target market?



As a group we think that through quality and convenience is how the company can deliver value to its target market. With the sudden boom and continuous progression of the E-commerce industry, there are a lot of start-up and small businesses looking for suppliers of rebranding items such as make-up, skincare and clothing. We think that Anafara, the company, should deliver the best quality product because there are other suppliers out there in the market but the quality of its items and its service is where the main difference is. Also, with the work from home set-up with most businesses, it is important to give convenience to the clients whether it is for the payment transactions, logistics, planning and product testing in order to make sure that the client feels satisfied and safe at the same time doing business with Anafara.

4. How will you execute an Accountancy/ Finance/ Business Management plan? What tactics will you use?



Before executing plans, a business must consider first the current situation in order for them to know where to focus and what to improve. A great tactic that businesses can do during a pandemic is promoting through social media or e-commerce platforms by creating ads such as facebook ads, or reaching out to influencers to help them promote their products.

5. According to your research what are the strength and weaknesses of the company?

Strengths:  Wide varieties of products - Businesses under Anafara such as La Bonita and Tinta Beauty Ph are offering a wide range of products to the market or potential consumers. Having a wide range of products can increase the chance of giving satisfaction to customers and getting more sales.  Innovation - Anafara has employees that are creative and seek for improvements in their products, systems, and processes. 

Growth opportunity - Despite being new in the industry, Anafara has a lot of partner companies that can help them grow.

Weaknesses:  Weak brand reputation - Since the company has only started recently, a lot of people are still not aware of its existence....
