OB Teamwork Self-reflection Paper Purpose The purpose of this assignment is to demonstrate your understanding of effective teamwork, your ability/skill to work effectively in a team, as well as personal growth and learning.

Reflect on your team project experience in this course as follows:

The self-reflection paper should demonstrate: o Application of theory to understand your personal experiences o Examples to support understanding, insights and arguments o Thoughtful, in-depth reflection o Evidence of personal growth and learning o Original ideas, content, thoughts and perspectives based on your own experience
The parameters include: o 1,000-1,5000 words in length (excluding title page and bibliography) o Chicago-style citations, if applicable o Professional formatting, including headings, title page and bibliography, if applicable o Correct grammar, spelling and punctuation o Marks will be deducted for unprofessional language and formatting, as well as grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
