Good Morning, Contiki CEO Mr. Casper Urhammer has more than 20 years of experience leading large and diverse innovative and hospitality orientated companies to great success. Mr. Urhammer brings forth a set of core beliefs to all his work, make things get happen, get things done, be humble, and to always try to continue growing. His sole beliefs provide the foundation of Contiki's brand recognition within 18-35 year old´s and continue its 50 year legacy. Mr. Urhammer came to be the CEO of Contiki in 2014, he came to Contiki from being the Managing Director for Groupon, and before that he was on the Apple Executive team. He serves on a variety of business angel networks over typical academic groups, where he inspires entrepreneurship everyday to achieve more the mediocrity, his arch nemesis. He is also the current owner of his startup, Urhammer Holding Apps where he freely shares his driven based performance techniques and analytical skills to motivate, coach, and mentor new business leaders. As the Contiki CEO he manages teams in seven global offices and run operations in over 55 countries. During his current tenure at Contiki has won numerous awards including the Travelmole award for Best Tour Operator Website, the Best Use of Social Media, and a World Legacy Award in 2016. In his two years as CEO he has encouraged the company to grow stronger and stronger and has looked for new ways to make sure young travelers are having the best time of their lives. He has reached out to youth through his fireside chats and by encouraging them to share their experiences through getting social on social media. Remembering his own Contiki trips in which he has joined since working for the company, although above the age of 35 himself, he motivates and markets the company knowing his target market all too well. With consistency, Mr. Urhammer transforms leadership into a company culture where unconventionality and creativity are accepted.
