Reflection: Before taking this course I had heard about a SWOT Analysis but never actually applied it to my role in leadership. This evaluation of myself put a lot into perspective as I was forced to face the realities of my weaknesses and what will hinder my growth overall. I will continue on with my personal management type as I further challenge myself to be a better leaders and colleague. I am eager to see the level of improvement from taking this course alone.
