This is important because finding better ways to run a company can make tasks run more quickly and smoothly. Improving health is also a main goal. By improving health, the morale, creativity, and climate can become more positive, thus creating a healthier and happier work place.

Why is it important for learning agents to perform this? By finding out what needs to be learned, they can determine how much time needs to be spent on certain subjects.
