Heidi and Orville Thompson created Scentsy in 2005. Scentsy is a direct sales business. Each level that a consultant can reach has title with “star” in it. There are many awards that consultants can achieve indicating they are a “Shooting Star.” Heidi and Orville Thompson show great appreciation for their consultants within their business and addresses them as “Stars” very frequently.
