From the stories we have read the past few weeks, “The Blind Faith of the

One-Eyed Matador,” “Mourning Glory,” “Urban Meyer Will Be Home for Dinner,” “End Game,” “Marathon Man,” "The Legacy of Wes Leonard, " and "At the Corner of Love and Basketball," who suffers more than they should? Select one character from one of the listed stories and argue that he/she suffered more than he/she should have suffered. Support your position with specific references from the story. As always, be sure to respond to at least two of your classmates. We have read many inspiring stories during class. A story that stood out to me was the story of Rosalind Ross. Devastated, she sought comfort in the arms of her lover. Unfortunately, the relationship deteriorated because of infidelity and insecurities. Their 13-year love story ended in a tragedy when Willoughby seized with despair, did the only thing she thought would end it all. She pulled the trigger of a Beretta .380 pistol and fired a bullet into head of her lover Rosalind Ross' head....
