Access MYOB from UTS Workspace – For Mac Users Getting started: If you are the first-time user of Workspace, please follow the instruction below to install Citrix Workspace app; if you have it installed, please go to Accessing MYOB. Installing Citrix Workspace App : 1. Download Citrix Workspace App for Mac from the link below: https://www.citrix.com/en-au/downloads/workspace-app/mac/workspace-app-for-mac-latest.html 2. In your Downloads folder, double click CitrixWorkspaceApp.dmg

3. Double click Install Citrix Workspace

4. Continue and follow the prompts

5. DO NOT tick Add Account, click Continue

6. Click Close and the installation of Citrix Workspace is completed

Access Accessin ing MYOB 1. Go to https://utsworkspace.cloud.com/sign on using your UTS student email and password. (Please note the screenshots below are based on Safari, different browser may have slightly different prompts)

2. Click on Detect Workspace (This will only pop up once)

3. Select Allow when are prompted

4. Go to Apps > Business Apps and you will see MYOB AccountRight. (If not, please contact your lecturer)

5. Double click MYOB AccountRight, click Allow when you are prompted.

6. Wait - let the system finish configuring your Citrix profile

7. You will be prompted to set up OneDrive on your first sign in, enter your UTS email address and click Sign in

8. You will be prompted again to sign in due to Okta authentication, follow the prompts and OneDrive will be ready for you.

9. If at some stage if you are prompted to choose how to access files, select Read & Write.

10. At this stage, you will see MYOB has been loaded and ready to run. Please follow your course instructions to use this software.

11. When you create a company file, please Change the default location from C:\Plus19ED to a place in your OneDrive. Data will not be saved in the C:\Plus19ED folder.

12. When complete your exercise, please log out from Workspace.

13. For more information, please go to UTS Connect to WorkSpace website. Be aware this website is developed for FEIT students, some information may not be relevant to you. 14. If you encounter any issue to access MYOB on Workspace, please log a ticket with UTS ServiceConnect (https://ServiceConnect.uts.edu.au), state it is MYOB on Workspace and provide relevant error messages or screenshots for quick troubleshooting.
