QUALITY MANAGEMENT The totality of traits and characteristics of a product or service that bear on its capacity to satisfy expressed or implied needs is referred to as quality. Every company should monitor and oversee the quality of its products. It is critical to assist the firm in establishing a positive reputation in the business. Customers will be more loyal of such a product as a result of this, and the company will gain market share. Top Glove is a manufacturer that focuses mainly on product quality. Top Glove is dedicated to providing high-quality products, and it is their obligation to assure product consistency and dependability for all of its clients and users. Top Glove has created a quality inspection method to ensure that their products are generating at the required quality level before going into the packaging process and selling to the market. Top Glove put a greater priority on Total Quality Management (TQM), and Quality Control checks are undertaken from the time we acquire the raw materials until the finished products are delivered. Before each order is delivered, it is subjected to mandatory pre-shipment checks. Top Glove places a strong emphasis on quality control procedures that comply with ISO 9001 and ASTM and EN 455 requirements. Top Glove has been monitoring the stretch required to disrupt the glove stuff with a tensile strength equipment. Gloves that haven't been properly cured have a higher tensile strength. In addition, Top Glove uses a sophisticated auto-stripping mechanism to remove gloves from formers and turn them inside out. The productivity of the operation can be increased because it is faster than hand denudation. The air pump trial was performed to examine gloves for holes and optical abnormalities. Furthermore, Top Glove uses water tight trial to investigate the quality of their products, which is a trial that uses to determine the AQL level of an inspection glove by inspecting the pinholes of the unique gloves after filling them with 1000ml water and then inspecting for any escape in two proceedings clips. Top Glove has done a protein trial of the gum elastic to ensure the quality of the products. Protein is found in all-natural gum elastic latex products. It is the measurement of the total protein, regardless of allergenic content, for rubber gloves. For the analysis of aqueous Extractable Protein Natural Rubber, the ASTM D5712 criteria uses the trial method in the Modified Lowry test. Furthermore, Top Glove has used powder-free engineering to prevent glove stickiness by avoiding the need of pulverisation entirely by using a chlorination or polymer coating method. Besides, Top Glove passionately believes in and emphasises Research & Development (R & D) in order to keep up with the ever-changing business climate and to meet the ever-increasing high expectations of end-users. Top Glove has been working

closely with the Rubber Research Institute of Malaysia (RRI) and Lembaga Getah Malaysia (LGM) in the current advancement on gum elastic research engineering in Malaysia to keep up with the latest developments in gum elastic production.
