2 Abstract This report is prepared for the small advertising startup company MilleniAds that produces custom sales leaflets, brochures, and other branded products such as letterheads and business cards. This report will summarize the business needs of MilleniAds; software, hardware, and other important elements with a budget of $25,000. It consists of: (2) creative managers, two (2) graphic designers, two (2) sales representatives, two(2) financial accountants, one (1) office administrator and one (1) CEO collaborating sales partners, (3) the creative director of a group, (4), (1) and (3) the creation of the network, safety, and maintenance for their ten (10) personnel.

Business Needs: Software The Enterprise Premium for all customers I will suggest Microsoft Office 365, which would save time and resources by updating and integrating. Outlook, Phrase, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Swap, OneDrive, SharePoint and skype for Company are the required Microsoft Office 365 premium kit apps. Yammer and Microsoft Squads. 4 Business Needs: Hardware For the two artistic directors and two programmers I will propose workstations at a highend scale: Apple IMac 27-inch (diagonal) Retina 5K computer, 3.4 GHz Quad-core Intel Core II5, Apple IMac 27-inch (diagonal) Intel Core X5, TURBOOS Wi-fi network IeEE 802.11a/b/g/n compliant with DDR4 2400 MHz, 1TB Fusion Drive, Radeon Pro 570, 4 GB VRAM, Radeon Pro 570. I would like to suggest Microsoft Surface Pro, Intel Core m3, 128GB SSD, 4GB of RAM at a cost of $799.00 each, since they are mostly handheld or out of office (Microsoft.com, 2017). Hardware Components There are various design guidelines to satisfy the hardware component requirements of MilleniAds. Creative managers and graphic artists need high-end machines to perform high-end

6 graphics production, and sales workers are issued handheld devices when they mostly come out of the office and accountants and a more traditional hardware setup is offered to office management and CEO. Provided that art directors and graphic designers would be operating on a memory and graphic software, I will suggest that all in one Apple IMac series machine saves room and can run all graphic programs in ample computing capability.
