2 Abstract This report is prepared for the small advertising startup company MilleniAds that produces custom sales leaflets, brochures, and other branded products such as letterheads and business cards. This report will summarize the business needs of MilleniAds; software, hardware, and other important elements with a budget of $25,000. It consists of: (2) creative managers, two (2) graphic designers, two (2) sales representatives, two(2) financial accountants, one (1) office administrator and one (1) CEO collaborating sales partners, (3) the creative director of a group, (4), (1) and (3) the creation of the network, safety, and maintenance for their ten (10) personnel.

Business Needs: Software The Enterprise Premium for all customers I will suggest Microsoft Office 365, which would save time and resources by updating and integrating. Outlook, Phrase, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, Swap, OneDrive, SharePoint and skype for Company are the required Microsoft Office 365 premium kit apps. Yammer and Microsoft Squads. Hardware Components There are various design guidelines to satisfy the hardware component requirements of MilleniAds. Creative managers and graphic artists need high-end machines to perform high-end
