2 Technology Solutions

Looking at all technological possibilities available to use, we need to ensure all requirements are meet when implementing these technologies. By comparing all technological tools, we can narrow down to Wireless, mobile computing, and mobile commerce as well as Social computing. Implementing these two technologies will allow the business to meet its goals that has been set forth for growth. These two technologies work hand in hand as many competitors are using wireless and social computing to build their consumer spending and being known for its reliability. Technology One Wireless, Mobile Computing, and Mobile Commerce meets the technology requirements of the company by giving it the ability to reach its consumers wirelessly. This technology will become beneficial to the company in many ways, from product browsing, shipment tracking, and payment transaction for both businesses and customers. Mobile computing will allow to manage customer information within the server all while keeping that information safe, allowing for faster customer service when required, and all while making it cost effective. Gaps seen within can come in the form of lack of training, inexperience, lack of attention to detail, not keeping products up to date, or even lack of network security allowing for sensitive information to be released. Technology Two Social computing meets the technology requirements of the company by giving it the ability to reach out and communicate the needs and wants of its consumers. Allowing the company to promote products. Social computing will also allow for consistent audience growth,

higher search engine rankings, a more authentic engagement and traffic, customer loyalty and retention, with the ability to keep business metrics from social computing.

Recommendations: Social computing is the recommend technology solution that is most appropriate for your business. This technology is best as the company moves forward in maintaining that competitive edge over other companies. Social computing is the best choice as technology grows so does the use of wireless devices and technology. Social computing will allow the company to premiere newer products and to keep track of items that consumers need and want from the company. Social computing will also give the company an overview analysis of purchases, shipments and over all business. This will aid with customer services and keep those consumers well satisfied with the services provided.
