Why the recommended tools/techniques are necessary for this project An upgraded IT System is needed to meet the growing demand. There is a tremendous amount of risks associated with the implementing a new IT System. Proper testing before implementation is greatly needed. The Company is known for its great product. Currently there is a growing concern regarding the quality of the product. Not having a constant dependable supplier is damaging the brand value; which has taken considerable time to build. A new supplier will bring back the quality and consistency they have been known for. The amount for the IT System and project is fixed and cannot exceed that set funding amount. If the associated cost rise, financing sources will be sought to complete the project goal. There is a limited budget available for the project. The need for low cost solution implementation is needed. Especially since there is only one staff member who isn’t a technical or legal expert. Having a constant supplier will control cost. There are various vendors and suppliers available. The supplier and vendor who provides the quality and benefits that best A-line with the companies end game is greatly needed. Suppliers and vendors need to provide accurate proposals, line of communication must remain open....
