Dear Jonathan, Hope you are well, the said claim occurred late last year and was reported investigation were done and concluded. It was agreed that payment should be done and up to date there is no way forward. Note the agent claims she has never had a good claim experience with GA in all her dealings. There are issues of unpaid towing receipt when she was dealing with Muraguri on earlier claim. The agent stopped supporting me once she encounter all these challenges her business premium plummeting from a high average of approximately 1mio to zero in a span of 4 months. I plead with you to intervene and have this sorted out urgently and amicably so that I try to win back the agent trust. Please do something. Thanks for the support....
