JOURNAL OBSERVATION ARTICLE CHOICE The advertisements that I decided to go with are Borsodi Beer: Counter, Poleyskaya Varnya: Hangover is Over. 1960s Camel: Where a Man Belongs, and Carlsberg Beer: If Carlsberg did fitting room. My reasoning behind choosing these ads are because I have never been a fan of neither beer are cigarettes and wanted to know what the hype was about both products. Each advertisement markets beer are cigarettes.

Assumption and Observation Audience. I believe that each advertisement targets different audiences. My first ad targets white males and white females. My second ad targets all kinds of peoples and even animals. My third ad targets white men in the 1960s. my fourth ad targets females and the role it plays for men. Message. The messages in my advertisements are different. In the first ad the message is men focus on women while at the bars. The second ad message is after a long night of drinking and having fun when you wake up you will be tired and have a hangover. In my third ad the message is only men smoke. My fourth ad gives the message that women serving men in a fitting room.

Relationship between people. I believe that the relationship portrayed in three of my ads are genders and the role they play in advertising the product. Females are shown in all ads except one. In 3 of my ads it shows that women are working for men. While the third ad shows only men can smoke cigarettes.

Relationship with product. My first ad shows that the 2 men are focusing on the women, the women is focusing on the gnome. The second ad has many different people staring also an horse. Third ad is starring one man smoking in the 1960s. Fourth ad is using young women and there good looks to sell the product..

Effectiveness. The least effectiveness ad for me was the first ad. Why was there no beer in the ad? How can you sell beer without it been present in the ad. It could be effective because the good looking women at the counter. The second ad could be effective cause they had a good time.

Social Science Evidence. First ad is bias cause it shows how they stereotype men. It shows men focus on only women while at the bar. Second ad is bias it shows that you act crazy and do dumb stuff when you drink. Third ad is bias it shows that only men can smoke. Fourth ad is bias it shows only women have serve men.

Question. If I was a social scientist and I viewed this journal
