You have just been hired as a recent business school graduate in a marketing position focused on branding. You realize that while packaging like lids is a part of branding, you know that there are larger discussions to be had about products, services, and customer satisfaction.

If I was hired as a school graduate in market position I would first seen the sales and ongoing market strategy in the market. If there is a good product but the sales are low, I would make a market plan or strategy to increase its sales. The best and foremost way to market in increase customer satisfaction by closing analysing the needs of the customers. The product should look attractive and should be as well as comfortable to use while consuming the item. For instance, while drinking the hot coffee customer should not feel much heat while holding the cup, moreover special lids and glasses should be made for hot selling items to make it look more attractive. The lid and cup should have enough information so that customer get to know what he order and what he get. 

You decide to create a short report on some areas of focus for the Tim Hortons brand, and you will need to bring back concepts and models from your marketing class in order to get your point across. So, instead of rolling up the rim, you need to roll up your sleeves to help Tim Hortons win again.

To win again, Tim Hortons should use promotion strategy to increase brand loyalty as well as repeat purchases. It should focus on advertising specific combos and free products after some purchases of the specific amount. The Tim Hortons should add more and new products to its menu to create customer demand, it should Collab with some of the famous celebrities and launch something new like new flavours of tea, coffee and donuts. As we all knew the prices of Tim Horton’s are much more economic than Starbucks but than also it should provide its customers with promotional deals to increase customer loyalty....
