LIFETIME FITNESS / WELLNESS Lab 7.1 – A Personal Fitness Program Plan and Contract A. I, Maisie Lay , am contracting with myself to follow a physical fitness program to work toward the following goals. Specific or short-term goals (include current status for each). 1. Become more flexible (sit and reach) from 20cm to 23cm 2. Become more flexible (splits) I would like to be able to do the splits 3. Lift more weights (currently once a week) 4.
